Ms. Rub’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, financings, and development projects. She advises clients on a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing. Ms. Rub has extensive experience across various asset classes, including multi-family, industrial, office, retail, hotel, and mixed-use properties. Her expertise extends to complex financing transactions, such as acquisition loans, construction loans, and refinancings, where she provides counsel to both borrowers and lenders.

Among other major deals, Ms. Rub represented a lender in connection with a $226 million construction loan for a multifamily project in Fort Lauderdale as well as represented a private real estate investment fund in the $83 million acquisition of a multifamily apartment portfolio in North Carolina, Georgia and Texas.

In addition to her real estate experience, Ms. Rub has represented private and public companies, including private equity funds, in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, and other general corporate matters. Drawing on her combined experience in real estate and corporate law, Ms. Rub offers comprehensive legal solutions tailored to meet the complex and evolving needs of her clients.

Before joining Weiss Law, Ms. Rub served as a real estate attorney at Saul Ewing LLP, an AmLaw 200 firm, and previously practiced at both Holland & Knight LLP and Greenberg Traurig, LLP, recognized as AmLaw 100 firms. Ms. Rub attended the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of the Law Review. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
