Nancy Conicella is a seasoned real estate attorney with a national practice focused on complex real estate transactions. Ms. Conicella guides clients through the acquisition, disposition, and development of real property, handling deal structuring, contract negotiation, and comprehensive due diligence from inception to and through closing.
Prior to joining Weiss Law, Ms. Conicella was Transactional Counsel for Lennar, the second-largest home construction company in the United States. Previously, Ms. Conicella was a real estate attorney at Carlton Fields, a prestigious Am Law 200 law firm. Ms. Conicella’s pragmatic, business-oriented perspective is shaped by extensive experience in both private practice representing a broad spectrum of clients and serving as in-house counsel for companies with strong national and global footprints. In particular, her in-house experience enables her to deliver legal advice that is both practical and aligned with her clients’ business objectives as she has insight into and an acute understanding of the operational demands and strategic considerations that drive commercial success.
Ms. Conicella earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she was a Research Editor for the Florida Law Review and a teaching assistant for multiple courses. Ms. Conicella holds a B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh. She is admitted to practice by The Florida Bar and is actively engaged in community service through her involvement with the Boys & Girls Clubs.
