Ms. Law is skilled in drafting, reviewing, and abstracting complex real estate, loan, lease, and corporate legal documents. She is adept at managing transactions from the LOI stage through post-closing, ensuring accurate and compliant documentation and communication across all phases.

Prior to joining Weiss Law, Ms. Law was a paralegal at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, an AmLaw 100 firm in Manhattan before transferring to the West Palm Beach office. Ms. Law also has in-house experience, formerly a Senior Paralegal at Kayne Anderson Real Estate, a leading PERE 50 real estate private equity firm. Ms. Law’s background is vast, and she’s well versed in sophisticated real estate transactions.
