Biography
Caroline Arbuckle serves as the Operations Manager at Weiss Bohorquez, where she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and supports the efficient delivery of legal services. Her responsibilities include client service, billing, scheduling, records management, and office administration. She brings extensive experience in business operations, financial administration, team support, and process improvement across legal and professional services environments.
Prior to joining Weiss Bohorquez, Ms. Arbuckle served in an administrative and operations role at a highly respected law firm, where she gained valuable experience supporting attorneys, managing firm operations, and overseeing administrative and financial functions. This experience, combined with her broader background in business operations and professional services, provides her with a strong understanding of the unique operational demands of a law firm.
Ms. Arbuckle holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and a bachelor’s degree from Nova Southeastern University. She is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, bringing a process-driven approach to improving workflows, enhancing efficiency, and supporting the Firm’s continued growth. At Weiss Bohorquez, Caroline plays an integral role in maintaining the Firm’s operational infrastructure and ensuring a high level of service for both clients and the Firm’s attorneys and staff.
