Carley Perine is an accomplished real estate attorney with experience representing financial institutions and real estate funds in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including single- and multi-lender construction loans, permanent loans, mezzanine loans and other leveraged financings, that are secured by commercial real estate projects.
Prior to joining Weiss Law, Ms. Perine was a real estate attorney at King & Spalding LLP, an international AmLaw 25 ranked firm, out of their New York office. Ms. Perine was previously an attorney in the New York office of Arnold & Porter LLP, another AmLaw 100 ranked firm.
Ms. Perine earned her J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School, where she was the Citations and Sources Editor for the New York Law School Law Review. Ms. Perine also holds a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Delaware. She is admitted to practice by the New York State Bar.
