Benjamin Mitrani focuses his practice on business litigation and professional liability defense.  Prior to joining the firm, Ben practiced at a national law firm and at a boutique litigation firm.

Mr. Mitrani is an Associate at Mitrani, Rynor, Adamsky & Toland, P.A. Ben graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as Editor in Chief of the Inter-American Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board. While in law school, Ben received Honors marks in the Litigation Skills: Trial and Pre-Trial courses. Ben also served as a judicial intern for U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom and as a summer intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Miami. Ben received his undergraduate degree in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Maryland.
