Biography
Andrew M. Gross has over 30 years of extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate including development, financing, sales, acquisitions, leasing, condominium, joint ventures, equity structures and corporate governance, with special emphasis on developer representation for a variety of multi-family, condominium, townhouse, spec-home, mixed-use, and flex warehouse projects. Mr. Gross received a J.D. degree with honors from the George Washington University Law School, a BA cum laude from Emory University, is a member of the Bars in Florida and New York, and holds an AV Preeminent Peer Rating – Martindale-Hubbell.
