Daniel Bitran focuses his practice in the areas of complex business/corporate litigation, real estate litigation, and professional liability defense. Mr. Bitran prides himself on having a client-centric approach to litigation and pre-litigation disputes, focused on attempting to achieve his clients’ strategic interests efficiently and expeditiously. 

Mr. Bitran has acted as lead counsel or co-lead counsel in numerous multi-million dollar cases involving contracts, alleged legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, directors and officers liability, civil theft, trade secrets, and business torts, including fraud. Mr. Bitran has also represented clients in arbitration proceedings, and in appeals in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Bitran is a Partner at Mitrani, Rynor, Adamsky & Toland, P.A. Daniel graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Bitran was the recipient of the Excellence for the Future Award from the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction in Real Estate Transactions. In addition, Mr. Bitran was also recognized by inclusion in the Dean’s list. While in law school, Mr. Bitran was a judicial intern for U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom.
